PikoBuy parcel submission checklist: QC, packing and route readiness

Submitting a parcel is the point where a warehouse order becomes an international shipping decision. Use a checklist before that decision becomes difficult to reverse.

A parcel should not be submitted merely because every item has arrived. The useful question is whether the items are correct, the visible condition is acceptable, the packaging choice makes sense and the route currently accepts the contents.

Confirm what is actually in the warehouse

Compare each warehouse item with the saved product link, selected option and quantity. Look at the available photos for labels, colour, obvious damage, missing parts and category-specific details.

If a question remains unanswered, request clarification through the live service while warehouse-stage options are still available. Photos do not prove internal function, authenticity or long-term durability.

Choose protection before chasing a smaller number

Packing changes dimensions, weight and the shipping quote. A shoe box, reinforcement or protective material can increase volume, but removing protection can add damage risk.

If the parcel contains fragile, restricted or unusually bulky goods, read the route's live conditions. Product type can affect which routes appear.

Compare routes with the same parcel inputs

Use the destination, packed weight, packed dimensions and contents when reading a live estimate. Do not compare a route for one imagined parcel with another route for the final parcel.

Keep duties, taxes and destination charges separate from the shipping estimate. A lower displayed freight quote is not automatically the lower overall risk or total.

Before submitting the parcel

  1. Match every item to its saved option and warehouse evidence.
  2. Resolve visible issues or return questions before the applicable live deadline.
  3. Review actual packed weight and outside dimensions.
  4. Check route eligibility for the complete contents.
  5. Save the parcel number, item list, selected route and payment record.

The best parcel decision is explainable: you can say what is inside, why it was packed that way and why the chosen route fits the current evidence. If one answer is missing, pause and recheck the live service.
